This is a review on the fitbit sense 4. I would like to start with the fact that the shape of the device itself doesn't fit well on the wrist and is uncomfortable. The Fitbit Sense 3 to the Fitbit Sense 4 was not much of an upgrade or improvement software and hardware wise. There are very few new features. The app that pairs with a Fitbit device is also not at all intuitive, freezes constantly, and looks like it was created fifteen years ago. Lastly, if you buy any Fitbit device there is literally no warranty. You won't be able to get it replaced if it is damaged and on top of that customer service is atrocious.

Hi @LunaMoon95  there is no Sense 3 or Sense 4. There is the original Sense and the Sense 2.  The warranty is about what other products have and customer service is available.

Hi @LunaMoon95 - presumably this is a review of the Versa 4 and so your post is moved to that forum.

It is true that the Versa 3 has features that the 4 doesn't and a better and more stable user interface.

Accidental damage is rarely covered by warranty but look to personal insurance or even credit card coverage possibly.
