My Versa 4 tracks the full distance of my run (e.g., 4.32 miles today) and GPS is spot on, but for some reason syncs inaccurately with Strava, uploading approx. 3 miles into run (e.g., 3.03 miles today). Also, it stops tracking my mile pace in the FitBit app at same time (e.g., pace lap ended at 3.03, even though it tracked entire 4.32-mile run). This is not ideal for training or tracking, so hoping someone has an easy fix for this. Watch is not sliding around or turning off during run. Thank you in advance!

Hello and welcome to the community, @Lizabethjean27.
Thanks for letting me know this situation in regards to the run tracking syncing with the Strava app using your Versa 4.
I understand the distance covered in your workout changes whenever you sync with Strava, before I can give you some steps, can you confirm if the distance logged in your Fitbit app also changes, please? Just to double check I understood correctly. If so, can you send a screenshot showing the distance in both your app and your Versa 4 from the same day workout?
This information will help me further investigate.
