Second Fitbit device not connecting

Hello, I had a versa 3 and now purchased a versa 4 hoping it would solve my problem... but it didn't. 

My versa 3 stopped connecting with my Fitbit app. I trouble shooted everything... Bluetooth, restart the versa, delete and reconnect the versa, stop/ start the app... all of it. It would keep disconnecting from my phone, therefore being unable to receive my phone notifications. It would work for a short time, then disconnect again. I bought the versa 4, thinking it was a Fitbit device problem, but now the second day into using the 4, the same thing is happening. I have done everything,  again, to fix this, but it's not working. This is very frustrating.

Hi @Sandy37s - as the Versa 3 is working normally it's probably best to get a refund on the Versa 4 which doesn't have all the features of the Versa 3.

You will see in the forums numerous reports of various problems like yours with release 4 of the Fitbit App that was first introduced a year ago. Only Google can fix these app problems.

Hello. I DID have problems with the 3 which is why I got the 4.

So, what I'm hearing from you is that Google needs to fix the problem, and nothing I can do until then.
