Short charge

Just got versa 4 in May, will not keep a charge for more than 24 hrs

Also…. Can never connect with customer support! Need a phone number! So annoying

Hi @Pookie2 when you are not wearing your Fitbit you can shut it down. I’m gonna start doing that because I realized with my versa 4 compared to my charge 4 that I had  monitor would turn off and stop flashing. Just don’t forget to turn it back on after you put it on. I realized with my Fitbit versa 4 compared to my charge 4 that maybe the battery might not be as long but I do use the GPS for walking. But when I’m in a place with not good service, I use my phone for tracking my walk. I also did where I hold my Fitbit button and wait for the icon. Also a factory reset even though I’m not a big fan of that because then you have to work with all the settings again. When I ever need to contact the support team, I do it through the app with online chat because I feel like it’s easier than trying to do it online. Last I did try and turn off all the GPS for the exercises that I don’t really use and I didn’t need GPS for. Hopes this helped

I just sent my watch back to get a new one, we'll see how this one goes, may have to change watches. I wear constantly, and I do/did use the app, always says no one available, had to go one web site to get to chat.

Hello, I sent my Versa 4 out to be exchanged for new one last week, I would have thought you would have contacted me to let me know you received it! I can never get support from Fit Bit, I'm thinking my choice of Fit Bit may have been wrong!
