Since the recent update, my versa 3 stopped syncing any data and you sent me a versa 4 as a replacement. This doesn’t sync any information either! Contacted your chat service as also having issues with my child’s ace 3 and was told I should buy my child a device to sync their Fitbit! Really?! Is this how you treat loyal customers?! Please sort this app out, terrible customer service!!!
