Sleep recording and reporting

The latest thread about this is from 2023.  So I'm asking now in 2025.  I recently purchased a Versa 4 after the Versa 3 I'd had for a couple of years decided to go belly up.  All has been well for a month or so.  It is now Tuesday and the Versa 4 has not reported (or recorded) my sleep since Friday.  Everything else seems to be reporting just fine in the app.  I've done just about every troubleshooting thing that has been suggested in the 2023 thread: I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.   I've unpaired and repaired the watch to the phone.  I've restarted the watch a number of times. There is plenty of charge and the watch is snug on my wrist.   If I can't get this fixed can someone give me information on a warranty return/replacement or a "chat" connection with a tech?  Thanks.  Kinda frustrated since one of the main reasons I have the watch is to track sleep.

I'm sorry that I don't have any insight into the fix, but wanted to say that this exact thing happened to me this past Friday night. No sleep information since then, no active minutes, although my steps are being counted. I'll keep searching for a solution and update if I can figure it out.

I ended up doing a factory reset and changed my clock face to one actually
from fitbit and that has worked...so far.... until I did a test just now
before hitting send. Nadal! Repeatedly. In app upper left phone icon
"unknown." Had appointments. Came back hours later, did forced stop via
settings/apps, checked Bluetooth in settings to connect, "need app to
connect" message, reopened app... it synced. Slowly. But it did. Don't know
why so balky. Ongoing saga it seems. Frustrating not having access to
Fitbit tech or customer service.

Ok, I figured out mine (so far) and I'll share what I did, but I'm completely embarrassed. After I last posted, I remembered that I had done an update Friday afternoon. Took off the Fitbit and let it charge during the update, as the battery was on the lower end and update said not to stop downloading during update. Things seemed ok when the update was done, but I have no idea if I even looked at the sleep info at that point. It didn't record anything Friday or Saturday nights. Like you, I tried all the things that I thought would help, nothing worked. Just kept showing that it wasn't receiving info. I decided to try restarting my phone (I don't do that nearly often enough) since I hadn't since the update. It actually worked, and it recorded my sleep last night and send to be doing ok today. Fingers crossed it continues 🤞
