I normally cannot see the sleep score in my versa 4 watch, in some cases i see it after long delay and in other cases i don't see it at all. I can see the sleep score in fitbit mobile app 

Any one have similar issue ?

Hi there, @mahmoud.atiya81. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 as suggested here. Then, please try to sync your Versa 4 twice in a row just right after waking up.

Hi @MarreFitbit 

In the link you shared above, i couldn't find how to restart versa4 watch, i restarted it by press and hold the button on the left, then i did sync twice

After sometime i managed to see the sleep score

But do i need to restart everyday to have sleep score seen ? this doesn't make sense
