HI,
the sleep score has not populated the past three nights. (which coincides with your last update)
The sleep stages are populated - 6.5 - 8.5 hours of sleep, so length of time is not the issue.
anyone else having this problem?

It’s been my experience this issue has been going on for several months across all Fitbit watches. My Versa 2 started this behavior after last update. No solutions. It has been very disappointing & frustrating. Fitbit isn’t what it use to be. Customer support is useless. My suggestion is to look at another company.

Hi Recovery Runner,
So funny you say that. I know when tech companies see my age, they assume they can "techsplain" stuff to me. But I worked for a tech company so I know how bugs happen after an update. After live chatting with whomever that was, they pushed it up the chain and someone emailed me to "splain" it to me again. I told them to FIX THE BUG! I've been a member since 2015 and know when something is effed up. This morning, I woke up and I had the sleep score so, I looked at the ap updates and see they did an update 14 hours earlier.
Which company/watch do you like better??? I'm curious to try something else. I had a friend let me borrow their old iwatch and it was TOO MUCH information coming at me from my phone.
Thanks for chiming in.

If you don't see a sleep score, but you have sleep stages, simply open the day of sleep without a score, in top right hand corner click on the ellipse and then click Edit Log. Hit Save when done and Fitbit will re-analyze and populate a score. This only happened one time to me, but was an easy fix.
