Smart alarm clock problem

The "smart" alarm clock sometimes doesn't ring. When I was in the Fitbit account, everything worked regularly: if half an hour before the set time I was in the "wake" phase of sleep, it would ring, otherwise it would ring at the preset time. However, since I returned to my Google account, it sometimes doesn't ring. In my opinion, due to a bug, it "looks" for the waking phase half an hour before the preset time, but if it doesn't find this phase, then it no longer rings (instead of ringing anyway at the time I set as the "limit") . Has anyone else encountered this problem?
