Spectrum Clock Face

Is there a way to keep the clock on the main clock screen? Everytime I flip my wrist to see the time, it's on one of the other readouts, like steps or sleep score. So when I want to know the time, I have to hit the screen to keep scrolling through until I get back to the clock readout. Thanks for your help!

If the Spectrum clock face is behaving the way you've described, there's definitely something going wrong. Spectrum was the signature clock face of the Sense at it's launch and should work perfectly for that reason. I'm using it quite frequently on my Versa 4, and it does.

Please try installing another clock face, sync your device and try installing Spectrum again as your Versa 4's clock face.

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

You might also try restarting your Versa 4 to get things right by pressing and holding it's side button for around 10 seconds until the Fibit logo appears on it's display.

Hi @Bulljr  - is it the Spectrum clock face from Fitbit?

If so, contact Fitbit via chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

If it's another face you can inform the developer as they can't make any change.

Best solution is to choose another clock face from the  online Gallery.
