I am unable to sync the stairs data with my app on my iphone. Steps, distance, etc. sync just fine. How can I get stairs to sync?

Hi @JanMcMc - in the Fitbit App, device page (Connected to) check your phone is not also connected to your account, and if so remove it.
Restart the watch with the button and if necessary logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and restart the phone.
This should help you get the watch connecting and syncing to get the data from it to the app.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Mine NEVER tracks floor correctly, Yesterday I went up and down 6 flights, it gave me 2, Today up and down 4 gave me one, Before it's asked YES the floors are more than 10 feet and there is nothing obstructing my wrist with the phone.

Hi @DM58 - your issue isn't related to this not syncing topic but more to do with hand movements.
A watch needs to be able to record steps when going upstairs, usually around at least 14, and holding the bannisters can change how many steps are recorded, also stopping immediately at the top won't help, nor will having the dominant wrist setting.
Through algorithms spurious hand movements are ignored as steps in order to get a more accurate reading of real steps.
