Stop the vibration

I have just switched from a charge 4 to a versa 4 and have plugged it in to charge. I've noticed it keeps buzzing/vibrating every couple of seconds which is so annoying. How do I disable this feature? I've tried looking in the manual and start ups but can only find references to vibrating for notifications.

Thanks in advance

Hi @SunsetRunner - this is most likely a warning for something like poor charging, so try the following,

  • make sure you removed all plastic from the back of the watch, see photo
  • switch to a PC port as power supply,
  • it is unlikely the terminals are dirty but clean them anyway
  • restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears
  • if it has been setup successfully, try turning if off in watch settings while it is charging. Turning it off beforehand will only start it again when it's placed on charge.
  • If the last one works try changing to another clock face if you are not using the watch default face.

Hi Guy

Thanks so much for your reply

It turns out the adapter I'd been using was faulty. I had switched to charging on a PC port as you'd suggested and it worked.

From there I worked out about the plug.

Thanks so much for your help much appreciated
