Versa 4 stopped syncing

I've been using the Versa about four months without much issue, except it suddenly stopped syncing yesterday. I don't know what happened or what's going on. I've tried manually reseting, turning Bluetooth on and off, deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

Also, for some reason, when I reset the watch, the logo will flash and then I get a red X on the screen. When I press the side button afterwards, it's fine. I don't really know how to post video on this forum, but I'll send it if someone messages me about it. I don't really know what this means.

Can someone please help with this issue? My data had not synced for two days.

Update 2: Attempted a factory reset, and it looked like that was gonna resolve the issue. But, it now the watch needs an update, and it can't do that.

Now what?

I'm having the same experience after it told me I had to re-pair my device. Very frustrating

I am so frustrated with these sync issues I am about to cancel my membership… like I do not get how so many complaints but no update

My Versa4 stopped syncing with MyFitnessPal for no reason (as of Monday, 3/24/25). I was an early adopter of Fitbit (2014) and may have to end my relationship with this latest issue. Very disappointing experience since Google took over.

Waiting to hear how your issue was resolved because I'm having the same issue.

Apparently it took restarting my phone to get everything back in order. Everything is good now.
