Hi @Barrie20, Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you set a vibration for the notifications on your Versa 4.
If you do receive the notifications on your Versa 4 but the smartwatch it's not vibrating when they arrive, it may be possible that you have activated either the sleep mode or the do not disturb feature:
- Swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.
- Make sure sleep mode and do not disturb are deactivated.
If those are deactivated, then the issue is related to the vibrating motor that is not working. If the issue is at level of software, a restart may resolve it:
- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Hi @Barrie20 - see if you first pull down the watch face and turn off all the icons fixes it.
If that doesn't work press and hold the watch button for 10 seconds until it blanks or vibrates and wait for it to restart.
The phone needs not to be in Do not disturb mode too.
Note: the watch vibration can be very weak compared to older models, and setting it to strong in the watch Settings may help a little.but it is still weak.
