 I have a versa 4 and find every time I go mountain biking and active the bike mode at some time during the ride it ends the activity on its own accord. I only notice this when i look at the watch mid ride and see it’s no longer tracking activity.
How can I stop this from happening - it’s very frustrating

This has been happening for months now.  Fitbit refuses to acknowledge it or provide a fix.  This is driving a lot of folks to Apple watches.

I’ve followed all the instruction and guidance Fitbit UK have provided - tighten the strap, wear higher on the wrist, update software, reset the watch - none of it worked and the same thing happened again yesterday 25 mins into a 3 hr ride…..seriously considering changing brand which is a shame because I’m happy with all other aspects
