I’m an absolute Fitbit girl and rely on my watch for so many things
today after my workout, when I looked at the face, it was stuck on the logo screen. Since then I have tried resetting (holding the button for 15 - 20 sec), charging, charging and resetting, tried to update the versa 4 software (not connecting) and the most change I’ve got is either a blank screen or a big fat red x.
how do I get onto the same kind of chat platform that I used to be able to use to communicate with help before Fitbit was with google? Or what’s the go from here?

Best AnswerI have the same issue with my Versa 2. Have tried restarting, charging while restarting, factory resetting, syncing the watch to the App (not connecting / working). The only display I’ve got is either a blank screen or a Fitbit logo.
