Stuck on logo or not responding

I’m an absolute Fitbit girl and rely on my watch for so many things 

 

today after my workout, when I looked at the face, it was stuck on the logo screen. Since then I have tried resetting (holding the button for 15 - 20 sec),  charging, charging and resetting, tried to update the versa 4 software (not connecting) and the most change I’ve got is either a blank screen or a big fat red x. 

how do I get onto the same kind of chat platform that I used to be able to use to communicate with help before Fitbit was with google? Or what’s the go from here?

To help get things back on track, could you please try performing a factory reset on your device? Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Press and hold the device's button until the screen turns off, then begins to flash.
  2. When the screen begins to flash, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
  3. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears and the screen begins to flash again, release the button, then press and hold the button again.
  4. When the Fitbit logo appears, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

I have the same issue with my Versa 2. Have tried restarting, charging while restarting, factory resetting, syncing the watch to the App (not connecting / working). The only display I’ve got is either a blank screen or a Fitbit logo.
