I was initially extremely disappointed when I bought my Versa 4. I was here on these forms. Basically screaming about how terrible the device was. Nothing worked on it and I was angry. There was no ability to provide support because the agents truly had no ability to help. It was all a problem caused by the switch to logging in with your Google account. Now I am EXTREMELY PLEASED! Everything works perfectly and the only request I have is to make Google Assistant available on these devices. It is a real brain buster to try to figure out why Google would include an Amazon product like Alexa and not give people in the United States the option to use Google Assistant. I hope that comes in an update soon.

I'm sorry to hear that the Versa 4 caused problems at the beginning. So good to hear that everything works perfectly now.
I recommend you to post your recommendation of Google Assistant in our Product Feedback board so other users can vote for your idea too.
