Text message notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I'm not receiving text message notifications even though I have selected to get them. I have my share notifications in my Bluetooth on and my text notifications in my Fitbit app is on.  My phone calls come through but not text messages. Any suggestions? I have an iPhone 12 if that makes a difference

Since you're using an iPhone and you mentioned text messages, may I know if those text messages are actually iMessages? If so, I can relate to this since I also have a similar issue, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

I am having the same issue and have read all the ways to check to make sure I have all the setting correct. I purchased it a week ago, it works the first day and hasn’t since.
