Text notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

All other notifications come through perfectly but for some reason the texts never show up.  It is maddening.  I have tried every trick I could find and all of the suggestions haven't worked.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not getting your text notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if you're an iOS user? If so, are iMessages the notifications you're referring to? If this describes your issue, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verifying the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
