My text notifications have not worked since getting the Versa 4 I have it a little less than a month. All other notifications work. Anyone know how to fix this?

To better assist you, may I know if you're using an iOS or Android device? If you're using iOS, I was wondering if the text messages that your Versa 4 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
