Hi @ScottMelrose - it may not be syncing properly or there is a fault with the version of the Fitbit App.
Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Best AnswerTo be clear, this has been happening since I first purchased. If you see some of my earlier posts you will see I noted this issue back then.
As for the app itself, I logout after I sync it each day. It is the only time I am in it.
As for the Versa, I just reset a couple of days ago.
And I've tried all those things in the link you provided in the past.
