@Tinok, I've returned two Fitbits (for replacement) without any documentation whatsoever, most recently about 18 months ago. They've always been friendly and have always believed me. The second one, a Charge 5 that my wife owned, was even out of the 12 month warranty period. Contact them - hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Hi @Tinok when purchased directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days from the date of purchase in which to initiate a return for a refund. After that, you would need to work with customer service for any issue's you're having. Other retailers have varying windows in which to return for a refund. Best Buy is generally 14 days, as an example

I don't have my receipt as I thought this FitBit would be as good as the one I had was great! I shouldn't have to pay to send it back. I already paid for a FitBit that doesn't work. I would expect You to send me a new one that worked. I paid for a New FitBit and got an unworkable, useless one. Terrible business practice. I see I am not the only one. Be prepared to see your sales to decline!

Hi @Tinok did you pay by credit card or some place that can issue you a receipt? I usually keep receipts until a warranty has expired on my products.

@Tinokyou have to get with customer support as there is a procedure to follow for returning a device, but if you're over the specified time period, all Fitbit can do is help you to get the Versa 4 working.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
