I got the Versa 4 for Christmas and am loving it. I have seen online I should be able to program “short replies” on the Fitbit app and have them sent from my fit bit. I am not able to do so. I try to ask Alexa to do it through the watch and she says this device is not compatible. I’ve tried to download Spotify as well and got the same response. Everywhere online says I should be able to have these features..

Hello @AKB13 and welcome to the Community. Quick replies are only available to Android users. See this Help article for details if you use an Android phone. There is an Apple limitation, not a Fitbit limitation, that keeps iPhone users from using Quick replies. I'm sorry, but Spotify, which is actually Spotify Connect and Control, isn't available for the Versa 4. There are no third party apps available for the Versa 4.

I am so angry! I haven’t seen anywhere in the product description, nor was I told in any of the MANY MANY HOURS I spent with customers representatives that text reply doesn’t work on iPhone, until an email last night. I have been trying to get on-wrist calls and texts to work since I took the Versa 4 out of the box on Christmas Day. (There were also update issues but it all started with the on-wrist calls and texts not working). Now I have to figure out how to send back devices because the main reason I got the Versa 4 was the on-wrist functions.
