The distance between my Versa 4 and Fitbit app are not matching

The distance on the app does not match what’s on my versa four it is more than a half mile off. The versa four has the correct mileage on it. The app does not.

Please note that our team is aware of the situation and they are already working on a solution for this. 

We have received some reports where many users have confirmed that they were able to fix this issue by entering the stride length themselves. If you would like to give this a go, please see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
