The steps on my Versa 4 won't reset

My Versa is just repeating the current day’s steps on all the previous days. It is obviously not storing the previous information.

Not quite right.  It is storing the previous information as you can see by look at steps - month.  It's a display problem, not throwing out your old data.  Still not right but your data is not lost if Google could figure out how to make their app work.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
