When I set the watch to water lock to swim I can't turn it off. I double tab the screen, double press the button, nothing works to exit the exercise! Very frustrating!

Hi @VikkiH75 - here's some details how to operate swim lock, if the watch or your fingers are wet it may be difficult to turn off.
Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

@VikkiH75 You press the button once to turn off the water lock to end a swim on the Versa 4. This Help article has the instructions: How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?
Trackers use a double tap and the Sense/Versa 3 use a double press on the button to end a swim exercise. @Guy_ 's link doesn't list the Sense 2/Versa 4, because it is for a different feature.

@VikkiH75 Normally, I would start the swim exercise on my Sense 2 to help you troubleshoot your problem. Sorry, but I don't want to get stuck in the same situation as you. My other thoughts:

The watch doesn’t respond to anything. Taping screen or side button. Only thing will be to let the battery run out. Fault with design.
