New Versa 4
Day 1 - showed data (steps, heart rate etc) on the main screen and subsequent screens.
Day 2 - No data shows on the main screen but shows steps and data on subsequent screen as well as syncs the data to phone.
Why does main screen not show current data. Time and date are OK.

Hi there, @harrystaylor. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not showing your data on the main screen, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't help, would you mind checking whether your Versa 4 has enabled the "Always-On Display? This feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. To exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
