When tracking exercise on watch. The time is wrong. It says 7:30 AM when it’s p.m. How do you change it?

Hi @ToniGerkin  - you aren't the only one to notice the am/pm indicator is wrong in exercises. Seems like a bug.

I noticed the same on my new Versa 4. I pinpointed exactly when the indicator changed (in the evening, anyway). 6:59. The exercise clock (the main one. The mini one below always showed the correct am/pm) goes from 6:58pm to 6:59am.

If you have an active exercise going at midnight, the clock goes from 11:59am to 12:00am.

I wasn't able to pinpoint when the am indicator incorrectly switched to pm before performing a factory reset per Fitbit's advise on the matter. The reset all but bricked my watch. The setup download failed half way through and as a result most of the apps, screens, and even Settings weren't installed making it so I couldn't perform another reset.

I exchanged for a new Versa 4 today and have confirmed the exact same am/pm exercise display issue.

Can you post what the fix was for this issue?

@Nicmania10 No fix. I was told to wait for an update, with no timeline given for said update. That bothered me so I actually returned the device and got a Versa 3 instead. No clock issues with it.

Hi @Dreamer50 - it would seem that the sync isn't working properly - see How to fix the time on your watch and also Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

On my new Versa 4 when I click on walking and slide thru the various stats as I walk I like to leave it on the time of day stat. The quirk is that it has PM instead of AM. i.e 8:01PM and it's really 8:01AM

Received my Versa 4 (to replace a V3 that abruptly quit after 1.5 years) and noticed I this same am/pm glitch noted above. I’m assuming no fix yet.

Nope! No fix
