When trying to move from top to bottom, it most of the time go the opposite way, when touching the screen to select an item it takes multiple touches an most of the time it either moves or just do not react. When scrolling through alarm time, it often randomly goes fast up instead of following my finger slowly down.
I thought it was just because the watch has been made cheap, but this is becoming way to frustrating to be used at all, so I presume that this can’t be normal. It does that since day one. It may be worse than before, but I’m not sure as I stopped using the watch for a while because of this.
i already did a factory reset at the time. Watch doesn’t even have one year yet.

Hi there, @TheRapace. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 4 is not working. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
