Transcription error

I have reviewed the other threads around this topic and my Fitbit app IS FULLY UPDATED. I have checked my playstore multiple times and it is fly updated. That has not worked.

Does this error message you are receiving is similar to "Transcription Error: Oops! Something happened. Please tap to retry."?

When does this message arrive ? While interacting with voice features?
