Since I updated my versa 4 to the latest version I have had numerous problems. When I go for my morning 2 mile walk which I have done for years, it starts its auto recognition about 15 minutes in and records in 2 minute intervals. It has turned itself off a couple times. It was 15 minutes behind real time once until I synchronized it and it also was unable to provide a sleep score for the first time ever. And this morning it showed a step count for my morning walk about 1000 less than usual. I would try to reinstall the update but when I looked for updates it just stalls on my phone.

Hi @RoxSmith - posting what version of the Fitbit App and watch firmware you have might be useful.
