My new versa 4 is stuck on the scrolling directions. It is fully charged, the app downloaded to my phone and logged into. The device is connected and syncs.
The device is stuck on asking language, I answer English. Then it's stuck on the scrolling directions. The last line is "we are here to help" and the website address.

Sad to hear that you're having issues setting up your Versa 4.
Please try if restarting your device will let you start all over. To do so, please hold your Versa 4's button for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
