Unable to manage alarms on device or IOS.

On device, the alarms do not seem to work. When I access the app and set the time, it flashes a couple of times but the alarm never goes off.

I'm also not able to see any alarm app on the iPhone. I can see Alarms installed on the iPhone app but no way to manage them.

Any suggestions? I’ve updated and restarted a couple of times. This is Versa4, btw.

Let me help you managing your alarms.

As you may have already noticed, For Versa 4, alarms are set on the  device itself. This being said, make sure you follow the instructions below to set an alarm on your Versa 4:

  1. On your Versa 4, open the Alarms app. You see your next scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
  2. Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to see this option if you already created multiple alarms.
  3. Set the alarm: Swipe up and down to set the alarm time. Tap am or pm. When you’re done, tap the time to set it. If you want to choose additional days when the alarm should alert you, tap the alarm to edit it further.

Thanks very much. That worked. Previously when I tapped it, it simply changed the time again. Perhaps I didn’t give it enough time.
