My Versa 4 which I have had since June 24 (replacement for one bought in June 23 which wouldn't charge or turn on) is no longer consistently receiving notifications. Last week after I updated the tracking software the only way I could get notifications again was to factory reset the device. However, it has stopped receiving notifcations again since factory resetting it 3 times. The Fitbit app now says "A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications". I have trying rebooting my phone several times but this does not work to restart the notifications. Help! Because I can't keep factory resetting it all the time as it's a time consuming process.

Could you please verify your settings and follow the troubleshooting steps shown in the following help article ? Why are notifications delayed or missing?
