I’m trying to sign in with my Amazon account but it won’t send an OTP to my phone even despite me waiting 4 hours after the error message. So, I try using my Amazon password and the Fitbit app won’t take my Amazon password. Instead, it refreshes the password page.

Thanks for explaining your situation when trying to login into your Amazon account to use Alexa on your Versa 4.
The situation is that I'm unable to check situations in regards with Amazon, my best recommendation would be contacting Amazon support and I'm positive they will help you out with this!
