Nothing happens when I tap my Fitbit or when I press button on the side. Screen is black.
i have done the restart, it will then work, several minutes later it will be unresponsive again.
is the device defective? Had it for a week now, battery is charged.

Hi @leeannv - it sounds as though the watch is not charging properly. When it comes on, swipe down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check the actual battery level and turn off all the icons.
In case the battery is low check How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
You can also try changing to another clock face.

I have the same problem with Versa 4. Received as a Christmas gift 1 year ago. Pretty dissapointing.
