@Smlewis1220 - your watch has the ability to adjust to ambient light and dim when it has been scheduled to sleep.

In the watch settings you can change the brightness setting to max if you need it bright but it will still dim when it is scheduled to sleep. You can adjust the sleep schedule time too, if it is wrong.
