I purchased a Versa 4 about a week ago. I have not had any problems yet. I'm reading about so many problems with the Versa 4. I'm considering returning it based on what I've been reading. Target has a 30 day return policy.
I can still buy new a Versa 3 (or maybe it was a 2 I saw I can't remember). Should I switch? If so why?
Thanks for reading.

Hi @SunsetRunner - it depends on your needs which to use and what you had before.
For the basics;
Versa 2 has best HR, vibration for notifications etc, and good charging, and possibly the most clocks and apps to choose from, and is the most dependable.
Versa 3 has Google Assistant of sorts and GPS but inaccurate HR and charging issues with very weak vibrations.
Versa 4 is similar to the 3 but with things missing, has no Google Assistant, nor any apps and fewer clock faces, no music capabilitiy so is quite limited, with smaller battery the GPS won't last as long.
There are features differences between the watches so compare the specs against your needs.
As you can see in the forums there are various issues with the 3 & 4 but if you need the features on a particulier watch that's a reason to choose one over the other and accept the issues.
However if you are merely looking for a good watch with long battery life you may find other brands have a lot more features and less issues.

I agree with Guy_ totally. If you are new user of smartwatches avoid Fitbit and buy other kind of product which have more options. Last time when I was happy with Fitbit it was Versa 2 and maybe Sense 1.
