I tried several times to pair the App and our Versa 2 (mine) and Versa 4 (wifey). The App can recognize (via BlueTooth) the devices, but when we entered the 4-digit code, we always get “Sorry, wrong code” even though we tried several times to enter the correct code.
We already tried updating the App, the iPhone OS, turned off and on the BlueTooth, and both of the devices will just get connected but can’t recognize the correct code. This just happened today. We were able to pair the devices and the App before.
what gives?
