I’m wondering if my Versa 4 has water damage? The screen has been working fine since my swim, I set the water lock like usual but an hour after getting out of the pool and stopping my workout the screen has gone weird! There’s different circles on each screen, no writing.. it’s swiping left & right, vibrating when I get a notification but all I can see is patterns!
help me ☹️

Hi @Lianne2501, welcome to the community forums.
Thanks for letting us know your Fitbit device behavior.
This does not look like water damage, you can maybe try changing the clock face of your Versa 4. In some cases, it could happen that the clock face gets stuck, and it is highly recommended to change it to get it fixed. You can also try restarting your Fitbit by pressing and holding the left button for 10 seconds.

I have the same issue right now and really wanna know what can I do. I used my Fitbit while I was surfing in Dubai, and I guess it was too much pressure for my watch. Has anyone found a solution yet? On a side note, if anyone's considering heading to Dubai and is looking for water adventures, I stumbled upon YepRent. https://yeprent.com offers a myriad of water activities and even helps you book them within 60 seconds. It’s a fantastic service, especially if you're keen on trying out water sports like wakeboarding or wake surfing. Just ensure your gadgets are well-protected!
