My Versa 2 is still working, tracking and recording everything BUT the side button no longer activates lighting up the screen. Sometime, by repeated tapping on screen it will come up, sometimes not. I use the Fitbit as a watch as well, so not being able to see the screen is frustrating. Thoughts? K

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with your Versa 2 and the steps already done.
Please make sure you did try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
