Versa 3 Watch Face doesn't scroll downward

The face of the watch shows the "clock". It doesn't scroll down to show statistics; just black. It will scroll up showing texts.How do I fix?

Hi @Snakesup - can you confirm your watch model, on a Versa 3 a swipe down on the watch face normally shows notifications, swipe up - Weather, swipe right - Quick Settings, swipe left - apps, there click on the Today app to get statistics 

In any case if it is not functioning correctly start with a.watch restart.

If you have a Versa 4 a swipe down will take you to Quick Settings, not statistics, which is normally swipe left and click on steps.
