Versa 3 touchscreen stopped working

I have a replacement versa 3. Today the touch screen stopped responding. I tried rebooting and changing clock faces to no effect. Otherwise the device works. Any ideas?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here but your chat got disconnected. My best advice is to get back in touch with them so they can further assist you. I tried the chat but nobody responded. Now I cannot even access it as it says it is a wrong page. Is the chat out of service?
