I have a replacement versa 3. Today the touch screen stopped responding. I tried rebooting and changing clock faces to no effect. Otherwise the device works. Any ideas?

I tried the chat but nobody responded. Now I cannot even access it as it says it is a wrong page. Is the chat out of service?
