Versa 4 - Fitbit not working

Hi I dropped my Fitbit and it's not working now can I somehow reset it. There's no crack on face

I'm sorry to hear that the Versa 4 doesn't work properly. 
Do the green LEDs blink?

When you plug it to charge do you see/feel anything on the watch?

In the meantime, try charging the Versa 4 for at least 30 minutes. 
Remove it from the charging cable. 

Press and hold the button for 8-10 Seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo. 
Release the button. 

The Versa 4 should restart. If not, please contact Support for further assistance.
