I set up my new Versa 4 today and Alexa keeps disconnecting. I have to go into the app and resetup and connect. What am I doing incorrect???

Hi @Sole2sole , @Judy-Anne - a similar issue is affecting others which use Google Assistant (not available on this watch).
A new 3.82 version of the Fitbit App is currently rolling out over this week and once installed may resolve the issue but as yet there is no announcement or confirmation that it does.

I did not get an upgrade to the 3.82 version,,, according to my information, l have version 20001.184.52 ... did you get it?

Hi @Sole2sole. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
Let me explain to you what is happening. Actually there is a little misunderstanding since this 20001.184.52 is for your device's Firmware version and this 3.82 is for your app version. What I recommend is checking if you get an update on your official Phone's App Store.
