I just got this device 3 days ago and i have not really enjoyed it! I never had any problem with my Fitbit versa 2. i get phone alerts and all. This versa 4, for once has not been able to receive any call. Fitbit support are not able to help, we tried 10 times to reset, the versa calls get connected successfully but less than one minute later, it is disconnected! it is so frustrating!!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
In order to keep your device connected please make sure that your current Fitbit app is allowed to always run in the background by checking it's iOS privileges. I'd also suggest checking the troubleshooting steps mentioned here to hopefully get things fixed:
