Versa 4 - Cannot save custom stats in Workout exercise settings.

I wan tto change the visible stats on my watch when I am in the workout exercise. To attempt this, I have done the following:

  1. Hold the shortcut button (I have this set to start Workout exercise)
  2. When workout appears, I quickly press the button again to prevent the recording starting (this allows me then to scroll down to the settings)
  3. I scroll to the 'Show Stats' section
  4. There you have the following options. Top, middle and bottom stats. (top and bottom stats are single select radio buttons. When you select a stat it saves and bring you to the main settings page)
  5. I press middle stats. The various options are presented. It appears to be multiselect where I can select multiple stats.
  6. I select the stats I want (heart rate and actual time)

Now this is where I am lost (and I might be going mad) the instruction manual I can find online says If I scroll to the bottom of the list after selecting I should see a play icon. However in this instance I do not. There is no way to save the selection and if i press the button on the side of the watch I am returned to the clock face with none of the settings saved.

What I am looking for is a way to save my custom middle stat selection .

Thanks!

Hi @Martron   Unfortunately, it looks like Fitbit broke this feature with the latest firmware update (214.24).  Please do what I do.  If you have a Google account, tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.  This needs to be fixed.
