I have had my Versa 4 for a couple months, but recently a series of clock face issues have surfaced that are really frustrating.
These problems exist with the default face and with multiple other faces, so it is an issue with the device itself and not a particular face. One of 3 issues has been happening (with any of the clock faces selected):
1 - (most common) the display sticks on steps count instead of the time/clock face
2 - (2nd most common) the display goes to solid black with only the time displayed
3 - (least common) current time is displayed in upper left corner over any other display (steps, calendar, etc.)
Sometimes I can switch clock faces and it will resolve the issue, but most of the time this does nothing and I have to force shutdown the Versa and restart it. Very frustrating. Does anyone have any insights?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @JohnR68 - these can be related to your Quick Settings - pull down on the watch face and turn off all icons - that will fix #2 at least.
For #1 swipe the face to the right to get back to the clock face.
Perhaps take a photo and post it for #3 but pressing the button briefly may clear it.
Rather than doing a shutdown which canose unsynced data, hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, if it is necessary.

I appreciate the feedback, however:
For #1 & 2, none of the quick setting icons are on. I have toggled them on and off trying to clear the problem, but nothing but a restart seems to work
For #1 I've swiped through all the screens to the left and right and every screen appears normal except the clock face. The clock face just disappears. Even when changing it to another from the gallery.
As for the shutdown, I will have to play with my button press settings, but right now my button press is set to use the "Find Phone" app, and when I hold it, it just stays on the find phone screen, no matter how long I hold the button.
This is just annoying. It seems to be a software glitch, so I'm hoping perhaps a new software version refresh will solve it when a new version is released. It's just a nuisance, but a pretty bad one.

Thanks @JohnR68 - there is something clearly very wrong software wise and an update isn't needed.
A factory reset should fix it, if you can get into Settings, scroll to About Versa 4 and use the menu option. Be patient once started.
If it still does this off behaviour after that it can be replaced under warranty.
