Versa 4 - Daylight Savings Time issue

The timeframe for my ‘Steps per Hour’ has always been 9:00am - 6:00pm. However, after we switched to Daylight Savings Time this morning, it now shows 10:00am - 7;00pm. I tried to manually change it, but the change wouldn’t keep. I tried reapplying the time zone, I’ve resynched my Fitbit, rebooted my iPhone, nothing works.

@NCPapa   This happens all the time with a time change.  It should be normal tomorrow.

@NCPapa , A warm welcome to the Community ! thank you for your efforts and your information.

Just to confirm, you tried going to the Fitbit App>profile picture >App settings>Time zone and turned the "Set automatically off", and chose your time zone, right?

Did you sync the Versa 4 after the changes?

Do you have on your time and time zone settings of your iphone also in automatic? If so try putting it on manual and change the time there, so that both on the Fitbit app and you phone's setting the time zone and time should be added manually.

Don't forget to  sync your Versa 4 after every change.

Than you Juan. I tried all of that and unfortunately no success. I’ve tried the time zone approach on both the Fitbit and the iPhone and continuously sync. The time shows accurate on everything; it’s only the timeframe on ‘steps per hour’ that’s off. It changed from 9 - 6 to 10 - 7 overnight and nothing I try will change it back. Hoping it will somehow miraculously reset itself back to what it was.

You were right; thanks! It reset itself overnight!

All is well! It ‘magically’ reset itself to the correct hours overnight.
