My verse 4 charger is not charging my watch . Is it possible to get a replacement?

Hi, @MeetaC! If you're in the warranty window, you can contact Google Support. Otherwise, they sell the charging cable on their store or you can find third party cables out there.

I'm glad to help you with the charging issues you are experiencing.
In my opinion, i suggest that you take a look at our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and see if those tips are helpful.
If you are 100% sure the charging cable is the source of the problem and you are within the limited warranty period, you may proceed as @MakMak suggested. To contact our tech support.
